Job Summary:

Full- time Family Nurse Practitoner/ Physican Assistant needed to in the La Junta Primary Clinic in La Junta, CO. As a Rural Family Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse patient population, building strong relationships and delivering personalized care. As a Family Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive primary healthcare services to individuals and families in an underserved area. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our local residents. From pediatric to geriatric patients, you will have the opportunity to care for individuals across the lifespan, ensuring continuity of care for families and fostering a sense of community.

Required Experience & Skills:
Board certified/board eligible MD/DO and experience working in a clinic setting.
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) desirable.
