Full- Time Provider will work with Behavioral Health Providers in the Valley-Wide outpatient Behavioral Health setting(s). The Supervisor will coach, mentor and clinically supervise BHPs to assist in achieving the creation and support of outpatient services in schools, community settings and through partnerships. The position will assist the team in focusing on whole person care (biopsychosocial) across the life span while maintaining Valley-Wide’s mission as an FQHC. The Supervisor will work as a consultant member of the care team in order to assist in quality improvement activities, data interpretation and assessment of systems. The supervisor will demonstrate the ability to use evidence-based models through consultation, assessment, treatment and psychoeducation for prevention and education to patients across the lifespan. The Supervisor will have a regular clinic assignment and will support clinics as needed. The Supervisor will foster a culture of patient and family centered care, service, quality, and safety excellence while improving patient experience, employee experience, and community relations. Position will have an administrative and clinical supervision allocation of 30-50% and a clinical assignment of 50-70%.
