Valley View is Hiring a Patient Services Specialist at Silt Care Center PRN (as needed) Near Silt, CO

Valley View is seeking a PRN Patient Services Specialist to assist in our Silt Clinic!

Responsibilities include providing patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties; organizing patient flow; keeping physicians and patients on schedule; maintaining patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner; and handling phone calls for the office manager, physicians, and nurses appropriately. The Registrar also assists with all billing and collection efforts as necessary and in a timely manner. Patient care background preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent
Clerical: typing, filing, scheduling, computer, phone
Exceptional customer service skills required.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Receptionist/clerical experience required.
Patient care background preferred.
Experience in a clinical setting highly preferred.

SALARY

Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
Wage range: $19.00 - $27.75/hour 14% PRN Differential Pay
