Provides individualized and specialized nursing care to the GI patients at VVSC in accordance with physician’s orders, within recognized nursing techniques and nursing standard, and within the legal aspects of current nurse practice within the State of Nevada and the policies and procedures of the VVSC. Functions cooperatively with physicians and staff exhibiting teamwork performance. Demonstrates initiative, insight, and judgment in the decision-making process.
