Come join our amazing team in the mountains as a full time Cardiac Rehab Specialist!

The Cardiac Rehab Specialist monitors, educates and counsels patients/participants enrolled in lifestyle modification programs such as cardiopulmonary rehab and other primary/secondary prevention programs. This is a full time, day shift position.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in health-related field (e.g., exercise science, nursing) required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Certification related to field (e.g., ACSM, ACE, AACUPR)
• AHA BLS certification required. 
• AHA ACLS certification preferred.

Skills:

• Demonstrated ability in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation and lifestyle modification skills.
• Demonstrated ability in interpersonal communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Demonstrated ability in computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience minimum
• Diabetes Care/Prevention experience preferred.

SALARY RANGE

• $22.96-$33.77/hour‎
• Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set
• Annual Bonuses to eligible PRN employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
