Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent preferred
• Prior healthcare experience preferred, but willing to train

Basic Job Requirements:

• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards residents
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
• Dependable transportation and attendance necessary
• Must be enthusiastic about providing service to our residents
