We are seeking a full-time experienced veterinary technician at our busy private practice. Here at Valley Veterinary Hospital, we see scheduled appointments/surgeries and also take urgent care walk-ins every day. We are looking for a motivated individual who has a passion for animals and client education. We would like someone with a couple of years of experience in general practice and ER.

Duties are traditional technician responsibilities such as checking patients in/out, triaging patients, properly conveying discharge instructions and medications, phlebotomy, monitoring anesthesia, assisting in surgery, pharmacy duties, and cleaning. Excellent benefits are available and covered by Valley Veterinary Hospital. No weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
