Job Details
PCBA Inspector
Responsibility
The inspection of all products produced in manufacturing. Works with limited supervision. May assist in training support of other inspectors.
Activities
- The inprocess and final inspection of all products (SMT and PTH Printed Circuit Board Assemblies, Electro-Mechanical Assemblies, and Cables/Harnesses produced in manufacturing and attributes of those products verses the documentation of the requirements of those products as identified in the Quality System.
- Records non-conformities and notifies management pending the resolution of those non-conformities.
- Records the inspection completion status and moves the products to the proper designated location.
- Files documentation and records inspection data. Other activities as conditions require.
- Incoming and outgoing inspection of materials returned from the customer.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Good skill with basic arithmetic.
- Minimum of four years experience in inspection or quality control.
- High energy level and self motivated.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
