Valley Services Construction (VSC) is currently looking for a lead Field Tech for our self-performing projects throughout the valley. We are expanding our service offerings and are looking for the right team member who will be a fit with our culture and commitment to quality and client service!

We are a General Contractor specializing in Real Estate Rejuvenation and Commercial TI projects (Retail, Office, Worship, Medical) throughout the valley. We are located in Gilbert, AZ. We are a tier one trade partner with all of our clients and are known throughout the valley by our “Best-in-Class” processes and procedures, and our elite level customer service!

The successful candidate will be well versed in all aspects of construction and have at least (5) years of HANDS-ON field experience to include –

· Light Plumbing

· Light Electrical

· Drywall

· Texture

· Painting

· Trim Carpentry (Millwork install, cabinetry install & Punch)

· MP&E Topout & Terminate

· Troubleshooting

· Ability to read/interpret blueprints (Desired, but not Required)

Must have great attention to detail, and the ability to manage other techs and client experience, while providing mentoring to direct reports, and pushing all pertinent communication to the VSC Management.

Must be customer service oriented and have good presentation to be able to directly interact with clients, and peer to peer client team members.
