Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to individuals to address behavioral challenges and promote skill development
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care and support
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
Skills:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Entry level to 5 years experience
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and techniques
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and other professionals
- Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping
Please note that this position requires a valid BCBA certification. Candidates without this certification will not be considered. Candidates currently in a BCBA Program will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
