We are in need of a medical receptionist for our Shelton office. Duties include heavy phone volume, patient scheduling and intake, insurance eligibility, call routing, faxing, scanning and general customer service. Prior medical office experience with Electronic Health Record/Electronic Scheduling system required (minimum 1 year required). Ideal candidate must be able to type 40 WPM, multitask, have excellent verbal, written and customer service skills. Benefits include Health and Dental insurance, 401K, PTO plan, Short Term Disability and Life Insurance.
