RESPONSIBILITIES OF A SPORTS PROGRAM ASSISTANT:

• Oversee and coordinate all activities, staff and volunteers at sports games and practices
• Enforce league and YMCA playing rules at sports games as needed
• Create a fun and safe environment for friendly competition

REQUIREMENTS TO BE A SPORTS PROGRAM ASSISTANT:

• Minimum age 16 (depends on age of participants)
• Current state approved First Aid, CPR/AED Certificate
• Minimum of 6 months experience in refereeing
• A positive energetic attitude with the ability to motivate others
