RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PERSONAL TRAINER:

• Motivate and lead members through enjoyable exercise programs developed for their needs
• Help members to set and reach their fitness goals through positive interactions, each session

REQUIREMENTS TO BE A PERSONAL TRAINER:

• Must enjoy teaching others
• Minimum age of 18
• Accredited certification (National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), American Council of Exercise (ACE))
• Ability to motivate others
• YMCA Personal Training Instructor or equivalent
