This position works under the direction of the Agency Administrator and Director of Patient Care service within an administrative capacity assisting with ongoing agency regulation and compliance monitoring, clinician scheduling, referral and intake coordination, data input, authorization and chart review, medical records and other tasks as needed. There is no direct patient care in this position. One year work experience as an medical assistant preferred.

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

Demonstrates interpersonal skills, documentation skills, strong and effective communication skills (verbal and written)

Demonstrated Typing speed >45 WPM

Experience working with Microsoft office suite - Excel a must

Demonstrates organizational and time management skills

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Candidate must be reliable!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
