Looking for an Office Assistant to help General Contractor with a focus on social media, sales, interior design and marketing.
Duties to include:
- Manage scheduling & appointments for our Project Managers
- Email correspondence
- Maintaining customer files, payments & expenses
- Material ordering & research
- Updating our business profiles
- Maintaining website & social media accounts
And more! We have plenty of room for growth in this industry
Looking for someone who has an interest in growing with an awesome company, construction knowledge is a huge plus but not required. The ability to problem solve and handle tasks, sometimes little direction. Flexible 4-5 days per week in our Mission Valley office.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
