We are looking for a certified Medical Assistant at our Dermatology & Plastic Surgery and ketamine clinic offices in Napa, CA. Experience in Dermatology is a plus but not required. This position will be part time Monday 9-1pm; Thursday 9-5pm; Friday 9-1pm. Duties for this position include:

- answering phones and making appointments

- helping process referrals

- general office correspondence

- rooming patients

- gathering and documenting history/medications

- charting in the electronic medical record

- transcribing for the physician

- setting up/turning over exam rooms

- assisting with procedures in office including biopsies and excisions

- sterilizing equipment

We are looking for a team player who is eager to learn. Patients at our Dermatology office are both medical and cosmetic and the applicant should have an interest in both. Additionally, we need support at our ketamine and wellness clinic 2.5 miles away from the main office. This position will flex between our two offices. Please see our websites for more about us:
