Registered Nurse - Fresno Children's Pediatrics Clinic - Part Time

Fresno Children's Pediatrics is proud to serve our local community and to provide expert pediatric primary care in our neighborhood. Located in north central Fresno, our team of physicians and nurse practitioners offers a wide variety of pediatric primary care services for our patients, from birth to adolescence, including; Well Exams, sick visits, Immunizations, sports physicals, same-day appointments, after hours on-call expectant parent interviews and telemedicine.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule patients, as needed after triage, for in-person or telemedicine visits
• Telephone triage general pediatric patients using Barton Schmitt protocols for 7 Primary Care locations
• 1st point of contact for EMR/Epic patient messages for 25 providers
• Other duties as needed or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE:

• One year of nursing experience working in a clinic is preferred
• Pediatrics experience desirable
• Bilingual skills preferred

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

• A graduate from an accredited nursing program, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active California Registered Nurse licensure (RN)
• Heart Code Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer into position

POSITION DETAILS: Part time, benefitted, 64 hours per 2-week pay period, clinic open Mon-Fri

PAY RANGE: $40.00 - $66.00
