We are looking for a team player that portrays strong customer service skills, a positive attitude and can work in a professional office environment as a Title Clerk. We are a high energy environment that is continuously growing and in need of personnel to grow with us.
Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Follow up with the Sales department concerning any missing or incomplete documents.
· Process all registration, wholesale and purchases of both new & used vehicles.
· Title and register vehicles within the time frame allotted from the respective DMV/BMV
· Titling includes out-of-state resale & wholesales.
· Maintain a list of all outstanding title work.
Process and register warranties, extended service and other customer contracts.
· Follow up with the sales department concerning any missing or incomplete documents.
· Respond in a timely manner to banks/customers on title errors.
· Maintain an accurate log for all transactions.
· Prepare pay off checks for new vehicles and trade-ins daily.
· Efficient skillset and knowledge for accounts payable
· Report the status of all outstanding title work to the Office Manager.
· Filing when necessary
· Notary is a plus or willing to obtain in a short amount of time.
Qualifications:
· Enthusiastic, reliable and a positive attitude.
· Organized and punctual.
· Ability to multi-task and complete assignments on time.
· Work well independently, as well as with others.
· Present a neat and professional appearance.
· 1 Year experience as a DMV/Title Clerk.
· Reliable attendance required.
Who should apply? Motivated and skilled title clerks with at least 1 year experience. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
