Position Summary

Supports the hospital by operating switchboard. Answers, screens, transfers incoming and outgoing calls. Monitors alarms and code situations to activate notification systems when directedAnswers calls in efficient manner, uses digital pages as needed. Accesses patient information, uses scripting for all interactions.

Qualifications

Required: High school graduate or equivalentRequired: 6 months as operator or in customer service
