Under general supervision, the Security/Maintenance Associate promotes and maintains a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, team members, and the facility. Provides general security in the buildings and surrounding areas of the community according to the established standards and within the assigned areas of responsibility. May respond to general maintenance work orders throughout the shift.

Part Time Positions:

Shift: Saturday and Sundays

Evening - 3 pm - 11 pm or Night Shift, 11 pm to 7 am

Pay range: $20-$24/hr depending on experience.

$2.00/hr Evening or $3.00 Night Shift Differentials in addition to base pay.

• Education – High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience/Training – Prior security guard experience preferred.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations – Guard card preferred.
