Pay Range: $70,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience.Primary Responsibilities/Tasks:Administrate Office 365 services like Security and Intune.Administer and support Microsoft 365 Azure and Exchange policiesEnsure corporate network systems are compliantMaintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoringTroubleshoot and resolve escalated issues with user access to cloud servicesWindows Server --RDS Gateways, high availability groups, clusters, etc.Basic networking knowledge- firewall, managed switch to isolate traffic for security, etc.Define and document best practices and support proceduresResponsible for support of Windows Server 2012 through 2021 along with Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 Professional.Working knowledge of hypervisorBe proficient with DNS, WINS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.Evaluate vendor hardware, firewall, telecom and software and summarize recommendationProven Microsoft 365 administration experienceExperience with Azure AD and ExchangeExceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsProficient knowledge of Windows operating systemsStrong communication and documentation skillsTechnical documentation and use of all Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, etc.)Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environmentPositive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independentlyOther duties as assigned.**Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance.Qualifications:4 - 6 years of IT system and network administrationBachelors degree in computer science (or related area) preferred.Possess professional IT training and certifications to include:A Certification, Net , Security preferredMicrosoft Certification preferredWe are not currently accepting candidates who have been submitted by other staffing firms or agencies.
