This position is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position is mostly remote but candidates must be willing to go onsite to the Indianapolis office for meetings and planning strategies.

M365 Engineer (Exchange & IAM)
Job Description: The M365 Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Exchange Online and Identity Access Management within the Microsoft 365 environment. This role requires expertise in managing cloud-based email systems, ensuring secure access to resources, and maintaining user identities and access permissions. The engineer will work closely with IT and security teams to develop strategies for identity management, implement security policies, and troubleshoot any issues related to Exchange Online. A strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite, Active Directory, and Azure AD is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
Required Experience:

• 8 Years in M365 Cloud Experience
• 6 Years in Exchange Online Administrative Management
  • Exchange Admin Center Experience is a Requirement
  • Exchange Online PowerShell Experience is a Requirement
• 6-8 Years in Active Directory Management
  • Preferred Azure Active Directory
  • Minimum of 4 years in Azure Active Directory Administration
  • Microsoft Entra Admin Center or Azure AD Portal Experience is a Requirement
• 4-6 Years in Azure Conditional Access Policies and External Identity Management
  • Azure B2B Collaboration and Direct Connect configuration experience is a Requirement
• 4-6 Years in M365 Group Management and Administration
• 4-6 Years in Microsoft Purview
  • Data Lifecycle Management - Requirement
  • Information Protection - Requirement
  • Data Loss Protection Policies - Requirement
  • Unified Audit Log - Requirement
• 6-8 Years of total Information Technology Experience
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
