Maintenance Technician – 1^ST Shift 

Job Duties

• Assist heavy equipment mechanic, involving:
  • Daily cleaning of construction equipment including body, tracks, cab, windows, etc.
  • Cleaning air filters
  • Filling fluids
  • Restocking inventory
• Maintain parking lots and drive areas using parking lot sweeper.
• Snow removal and salting of lots and drives in winter.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all plant safety policies and practices

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and steps
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Preferred

• Basic mechanical experience.
• Pressure washing experience.
• Industrial or production plant experience.
• Parking lot sweeper experience
• Snow removal experience
