Job Details
- 6 years of experience in detailed analysis of logs, identifying and troubleshooting network related issues to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Excellence in professional presentation/reporting skills to executives.
- Strong understanding of Wireless Carriers, technologies (e.g., 4G/5G, NSA, and SA) and of 4G & 5G (and future generation) Wireless Protocols.
- Detailed knowledge of IP Protocols including IPv4, IPv6, routing protocols and network protocols
- Work closely with internal/external teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and identify RCA.
- Develop and execute test cases, create comprehensive reports, and present findings to team members.
- Experience with network simulator equipment and various test/logging tools (QXDM, QCAT, XCAP, XCAL, Wireshark, Anritsu)
- Understands 3GPP specifications, perform analytical studies of the features, and evaluate their application and benefits.
- Proven professional experience in telematics and multimedia development.
- Experience working closely with design, software firmware, testing, and manufacturing teams.
- Excellent PowerPoint and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced teams with quick decision making.
