Concierge Position
This is a 24hr/ 7 day a week job. We are looking to fill all shifts
Monday to Sunday
7am-3pm
3pm-11pm
11pm-7am

Job Description
We operate 365 days a year and you will be called upon to work some holidays, weekends, and evenings.
As the Concierge Front Desk Door position, you provide the first impression for all visitors into the building. You will be responsible for greeting potential residents, families, visitors, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages. Receiving packages .
The Concierge provides an overview of information to those inquiries. It will be your role to greet all tenants and make them feel welcomed.
Also- answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem. Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks. Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Qualified Concierge Front Desk Door position candidates will have a positive, upbeat demeanor with outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication and organizational skills.
High School diploma or equivalent (GED). Related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant is desired but not required.
