Responsibilities Include: Scheduling appointments, coordinating patient treatment, making financial agreements, collecting accounts receivables, assisting patient questions and answering telephones.

Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday
• 3 days a week 12-hour shifts

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year
• Dental Front Office: 1 year
• Computer skills: 1 year

Duties:

• Support all aspects of the dental office
• Ensure timely and accurate customer service
• Handle complaints and patient requests
• Troubleshoot emergencies
• Ensure company’s policies and procedures are met

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
