Description of Job : This role will support the Marketing Communications team in both digital and tactical functions. Responsible for communications assistance, including digital channel management, social media, business writing, and collateral project management. Assists in maintaining the company’s digital channels, including the corporate website and social media accounts. Provides support for social media campaign management and event coordination.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing and reporting website/social media metrics
• Help develop and manage website content updates
• Evaluate, design, and recommend social media campaigns
• Study emerging digital and social media trends and provide recommendations
• Support the marketing communications team in event coordination
• Participate in any corporate social value initiatives that may arise
• Assist with other marketing communications tasks and assignments as needed

Experience:

• Digitally savvy and problem solver
• Experienced in various digital platforms, including WordPress and Google Analytics
• Familiar with SEO and keyword creation
• Familiar with social media management, including platform reporting and content management
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Works effectively, both independently and as part of a team, under limited supervision
• Understands general marketing/communications/public relations principles
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office products
• 0-2 years of relevant experience

Education:

Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or equivalent background. An interest in sustainable agriculture is a plus.
