Valencia Voci Medical Aesthetics is Hiring a Medical Spa Front Desk Near Charlotte, NC

The Front Desk Coordinator is the practice first impressions to patients and plays a vital role in customer support , scheduling and sales. Our Front Desk is Responsible For:

Delivering a dynamic initial patient experience by demonstrating a strong commitment to service, a genuine curiosity and interest in people, authenticity and exceptional selling skills.

Our ideal candidate understands how to be a team player, welcomes feedback and wants to keep growing.

Job Duties Include:

  • Reception duties including greeting, scheduling patients and taking payment both in-person and on the phone. Upbeat and outgoing personality is mandatory
  • Duties including updating patient electronic records (EMR), inventory assistance and invoice creation
  • Reaching out to prospective patients via phone, email and text to answer questions and schedule consultations for our cosmetic services
  • Following up with patients to drive sales
  • Developing a working knowledge of products and services offered and ability to sell to prospective patients on a daily basis
  • Assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns including email blasts, social media and text marketing. Must have experience with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Treatment room preparation and laundry duties
  • Provide support across all facets of the organization-Must be a team player!
  • Our ideal candidate will be self directed and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Constant Contact and social media such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. is preferred.
  • We are happy to train the right person if all other areas are excellent.
  • Requirements: Minimum of two (2) years of solid experience working in a medical office or with an aesthetic background.
  • We will also consider someone who has worked at least 2 years in a professional office environment as an administrative assistant who is eager to work and learn in the aesthetic industry.
  • Must have a high-level of sales and marketing experience. Must be very comfortable making outbound phone calls to potential patients and existing patients.
  • If you have experience working in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology or Aesthetics or similar software this a plus, but we are really looking for people who are motivated, want to excel in their careers and are ready for a challenge!

Pay will increase according to experience!
