Job Summary | Responsible for the overall efficiency and effeteness of the Continental Breakfast, Room Service, Mini-bar, Pool Service. The execution of all Hotel Alessandra and company policies/procedures, ensuring that all services provided achieve the established standards, within the agreed budgetary controls. To advise the Director of Food and Beverage on all matters relating to the Morning F&B operation and Beverages purchase. In conjunction with the F&B managers, ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygienic practice throughout the outlets. |

As Food and Beverages Supervisor you are to monitor and assist the managers and employees from the food and beverage division areas. This includes reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage and Food and Beverage Managers on shift details and employee performance. This is a role that is designed to monitor performance. The supervisor does not have the authority to reprimand employees or make scheduling changes.
The success of the food and beverage division depends on the harmony and relationship that supervisor will help keep with the employees. Your leadership skills should be used to motivate them toward your department goals.
As supervisor, you should comply with all hotel policies and ensure that all your employees follow and keep the discipline and hotel standards.
