DescriptionLocation: Everett, WA Type: Full-Time Schedule: Valence Surface Technologies production is open 24 hours per day. All shifts are as follows: 1st shift (Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm), 2nd shift (Monday-Friday 12:00pm-8:30pm, 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm 6:30am)
Job Summary
- Ensure that the production process is carried out in a safe manner according to the goals set by the company and maximize throughput
- Determine usage of different machines according to customer requirements
- Anticipate and overcome production related problems, material shortages, equipment malfunctions, and unavoidable delays where possible and plan to reduce their impact on the operation
- Perform daily tests to determine size and shape of media
- Run test specimens and provide to customer as required
- Coordinate company projects and programs designed to support different initiatives
- Communicate with customer service on recovery dates and expected completion dates for processing
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on machines and submit maintenance requests for further maintenance work
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Compensation Range $17.50 to $ 20.70 per hour (DOE) Shift differential on 2nd and 3rd shifts
