Job Description

Valdez International Corporation a major Aerospace / Defense contractor has positions available on its IAFNOS contract in San Antonio, Texas for a Network Analyst.

This AFIN Mission Assurance Center (AMAC) team utilizes specialized tools to manage and coordinate events within the network.

Must be willing to work Day or Swing Shift.

Negligent Disclosure of Classified Information (NDCI)

• Daily incident management - report reviewing, processing, account locking/unlocking, and tracking of all open incident requests.
• Report large scale events and brief leadership on status.
• Coordinate server remediation with technicians.
• Coordinate remediation of all affected hardware and touch maintenance at local level.

Required Skills

• Prior Air Force experience (active duty or contractor) preferred.
• Experience with mission area above preferred.
• Knowledge of the Air Force Information Network (AFIN) Enterprise network.
• Understanding of Microsoft Windows Server networks and core network services that supports those networks.
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills.

Certifications and other Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required).
• Candidate must be certified in accordance with DoD 8570 IAT Level II approved baseline certifications prior to start date. Security is preferred.
• Additional industry certifications may be required within specific time frames.
• COVID-19 Vaccination Required.
• Drug Screen Required.
