Position Description:
We are currently searching for a Technical Support Engineer in our Louisville,Coloradoor Woburn,Massachusettsoffice to join our Technical Support-Liquid and Power team. This position ishybridand there will be expectations for working in the office as well as flexibility to work from home.The Technical Support Engineer will help our customers with various technical questions related to our products and applications, provide support over the phone, through email and online tools e.g., MS Teams and TeamViewer.The position also includes travel expectations up to 50% to customer sites to organize trainings on a regular basis.
