Open Position: Project Manager
At a high level, a VVHCo project manager is the ‘point man’ for managing, maintaining, and overseeing high-end mountain homes for an exclusive membership of homeowners in the Vail Valley. Please see role & opportunity particulars below:
Roles and Responsibilities:
● You’ll act as the primary point person with all our client and vendor relationships.
● You’ll be responsible for taking care of on-the-job fixes, and are expected to be “handy”.
● You’ll be responsible for delivering great customer service that is friendly and professional.
● You’ll be responsible for all ongoing project communication within the operations team.
Company Expectations:
● Arrive at the office at 8:00 AM as needed before your first calendar appointment.
● Maintain appointment schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.
● Manage projects and resolve any service issues.
● Manage the calendar and service execution with the leadership team.
● Manage billing and invoices with the office manager.
Requirements:
● 3 years minimum trade experience
● 3 years minimum verifiable estimator/ project manager experience
● Background and drug test required
Benefits:
● 10 PTO days annually
● 6 paid annual holidays

Schedule:
● 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday
● Full-time, 40 hour per week role
