Requirements :

• Must be able to multi-task and have a strong attention to detail.
• Must be 18 years of age and older
• Have motivation to be a self starter
• Must have customer service skills to help owners and guests when needed.
• Ensure cleaning on a rotation
• Take care of recycling, hallways, restrooms, fitness center, lobby, grills, balconies, and furniture
• Help housekeepers in units, strip units, move furniture, etc.
• Help count, clean, and dirty linen
• Must be able to deliver rollaway beds and cribs.
• Must be able to help shovel snow off balconies.
• Must be able to lift, pick up, and push 50 lbs. and more
• Must be able to bend, kneel, climb, and reach out.
• Must follow safety policy and OSHA guides
• Must work in random schedule, holidays, weekends, and over time when required
• Must have English skills be able to communicate with our guest, owners, and employees
• Must be have a positive and friendly attitude toward others

The budgeted range starts at 14.50-16.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
