- Lead migration projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage technical challenges.
- Identify and mitigate migration risks, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Document migration processes and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Continuously improve migration methodologies based on industry trends and lessons learned.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect with focus on Azure.
- Strong understanding of Azure technologies and on-premises infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with migration tools like Azure Migrate and Azure Site Recovery.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred.
