Vacay Hill Country is a local property management company which proudly services vacation rentals in Canyon Lake, New Braunfels and Wimberley areas. Our amazing team is looking for a part time Seasonal Make-Ready Technician, with primary focus in lawn care! This position is scheduled to go full time on or around May 15th.

Summary

Responsibilities include completing routine lawn care, as well as make-ready tasks to the satisfaction of paying guests and property owners. The Seasonal Make-Ready Tech will work in the field at rental properties, and will regularly service lawns, in addition to make-ready duties independently without assistance from others.

Make-ready

Follow mobile checklist to perform tasks such as HVAC filter changes, light bulb changes, barbecue grill cleaning and upkeep, excess trash removal, spa/hot tub cleaning, refilling, and balancing of chemicals, etc.

Maintenance tasks/required skills

Lawn care, lock/hardware installation, troubleshooting, minor repairs, etc. Must know how to pull a trailer

Objective

Coordinate and complete daily assigned to-do items with excellence and in a timely manner; communicate progress via company mobile app

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs

Good communication skills

Basic computer skills

Proactive; come up with the best solution; detail oriented

Assist with rotating after-hours on-call duties

*Eligible for use of company vehicle

*Valid driver's license with clean driving record and proof of insurance

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

• On call
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• lawn care: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
