We are urgently in need of Behavioral Technicians.

Can work in San Jose, Milbrae, San Mateo, Santa Clara and nearby areas

As a Behavioral Technician you will be assisting in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of an RBT Supervisor and/or an RBT Requirements Coordinator, who are responsible for all work RBTs perform.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background screening and clearance.
• Current driver’s license in state of residence and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work one on one with the clients or child in their home.
• Ability to work with children with severe behavioral challenges or developmental disorders is highly desirable. Or willing to learn and train.
• Attention to detail Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Well organized, flexible, and open to hearing feedback.
• COVID Vaccination.

No prior experience required, will do in house paid training to make you become a great behavioral technician.

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
