We are looking for someone who is an organizer, detail-oriented and strong academically. You must be able to initiate and start tasks on your own and be able to manage yourself.

Responsibilities :

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / tools
• Handle customer complaints, including difficult / escalated callers
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and provide follow-up support
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Skills

• MUST be Bilingual in English & Spanish (Dealbreaker)
• Must have a strong work history and a proven punctuality track record.
• Strong phone contact handling skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Pay : $18.50-20 / HR

Shift : Monday-Friday Rotating Saturday, 8 : 00 AM-6 : 00 PM
