As a ETL Data Warehouse Architect with Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformation initiatives within the Data & Analytics (D&A) application landscape. Your primary responsibilities include identifying and leading transformation opportunities, owning end-to-end pre-sales solutions, and providing swift and effective responses to projects encountering challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Oversee program integration and implementation, ensuring adherence to schedules and delivery of high-quality results.
• Pre-Sales Leadership: Lead pre-sales activities, crafting solutions, project plans, and RFP responses, and presenting them to clients.
• Solution Design: Lead solution and design efforts across multiple projects/programs, encompassing solution, data, integration, and reporting architectures.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with customers' architects, business, and technical stakeholders to build trust, understand needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Offer insights and solutions related to AWS Cloud and Big Data Domains, addressing client technical challenges and suggesting transformation opportunities.
• Architectural Design: Design scalable, operationally complete, and elastic solutions, considering key architectural principles.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain client relationships, proactively engaging to align expectations and drive business growth.
• Workshop Leadership: Plan and lead workshops to uncover client needs, objectives, and challenges, facilitating solution development.
• Presales Leadership: Lead presales efforts, including solutioning, estimations, and creating business cases for prospects/customers.
• Team Mentorship: Provide hands-on mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and solution delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• ETL Leadership: Head complex ETL requirements and design, ensuring implementation meets stringent performance standards.
• SDLC Planning: Develop full SDLC project plans for ETL solutions, identifying resource requirements and ensuring adherence to architecture.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify, recommend, and implement ETL process, standards, and architecture improvements, resolving design and development issues.

Qualifications:

• Education: Engineering Degree or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of work experience in the Data and Analytics space.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with multiple ETL/BI tools (e.g., Talend, SSIS, Abinitio, Informatica) and Cloud Technologies (AWS, Databricks, Airflow, etc.).
• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly and concisely.
• Leadership: Experience working in senior technical roles such as enterprise architect, solution architect, or solution lead.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn new concepts and technologies.
• Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, meet tight deadlines, and drive successful outcomes.
