• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to adjust sourcing strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sourcing and procurement. Experience in sourcing for food and beverage companies is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing cost-effective agreements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with business partners and suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in a sourcing or procurement role preferred but not required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
