BR sign on bonus (paid out within 30 days from being hired as a temp) upon hire

NOTE : Suppliers must enter bonus as a miscellaneous invoice into Beeline for HM approval. There is a 20% markup on bonuses.

What will you do?

Process machined parts thru different cleaning processes

Using databases and other office programs to track completion of cleaning process

Participate in resolving production challenges and making process decisions

Assist in selection and / or set-up of specialized equipment

Perform a wide variety of troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues

Perform equipment set-up, calibration and preventative maintenance

Follow audit and safety guidelines

Train current and new employees

How will you get here?

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience :

1 year of manufacturing and / or parts cleaning experience preferred

Experience in lean manufacturing, 6S and continuous improvement a plus

Previous assembly experience in a Clean Room environment is a plus

Experience with Windows-based and MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access) is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Demonstrated ability in successfully working in a Team of 2-6 colleagues

Ability to work in a cleanroom environment using appropriate PPE

Ability to analyze and solve problems independently as well as in a collaboration setting

Ability to support projects, perform training and work efficiently as part of cohesive teams

Self-motivated, self-starter with strong organizational skills

Ability to lift up to 35lbs

Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable in partnering with colleagues of differing cultural, language and educational backgrounds
