Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Research and identify potential leads using various sources, including databases, social media, and online directories.
- Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to qualify leads and assess their needs and interest in our offerings.
- Follow scripts and talking points to effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lead interactions and appointment schedules in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a technical role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts is a plus.
- Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools.
- Customer service certifications are advantageous.
