Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the movement of goods and materials, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction. If you have a strong background in supply chain management and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Duties: - Coordinate and manage the transportation and distribution of goods, both inbound and outbound - Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and materials handling - Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise - Utilize logistics software, such as Tableau, to track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and analyze data for process improvement - Optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to meet customer demands - Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to achieve profit loss targets Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred - Proven experience in logistics or warehouse management - Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics processes and best practices - Proficiency in using logistics software, such as Tableau or similar tools - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Knowledge of freight transportation regulations and procedures - Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus At our company, we offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for career growth. Pay: $42,317.00 - $52,418.00 per year
