• 134 clinical shifts per year about 8hrs per week of administrative time as Medical Director
• 12 hour shifts, mix of days (7a-7p) and nights (7p-7a)
• Shift schedule is variable (weekdays, weekends, holidays)
• ACS team is currently 5 surgeons, 2 ARNPs, and rotating general surgery residents from UW
• Day shift covered by one surgeon, one ARNP and one rotating general surgery resident.

• BC in General Surgery
• Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS certified
• Comfortable managing complex emergency general surgery, trauma patients, and basic thoracic patients as well.

• 3 years post-residency/fellowship experience
• Commitment to quality improvement and continuity of care even in the acute inpatient setting preferred.
• Leadership experience
