Work Schedule: 

This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 AM -4:00 PM. On Call and Holiday hour requirements. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Patient Access Representative - Bilingual to: 

• Register and create walk in appointments, including with our Spanish speaking population.
• Update Patient Registration Demographics/insurances.
• Collect documents and payments upon arrivals.

Education:

Minimum - High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred - Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field

Work Experience:

Minimum - One (1) year of experience in a customer service related field

Preferred - One (1) year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field
