Work Schedule:

Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday either 8:00am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm, no weekends are required. External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to:

• Join the UW Health Burn and Wound team who provides quality care for both adults and pediatric patients from the time of injury through discharge and rehabilitation.
• Work collaboratively to provide care and education to patients.
• Perform wound care including wound checks and wrapping.
• Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness, and education

Education:

Minimum -

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate from accredited Practical Nurse Program

Work Experience:

Preferred - One (1) year of experience as an LPN

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum -

• Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure
• CPR/BLS certification
