JobDescription

We are seeking a dynamic andcustomerfocused individual to join our sales team as a Minijob Sales Representative. In thisrole you will play a vital part in our mission to connect refugeeswith meaningful employment opportunities and support businesses intheir hiringneeds.

Tasks

• Outboundand Inbound Sales : Engage in a mix of outbound and inbound salesactivities including cold calling email outreach and social mediaengagement to generate new leads and expand our reach.
• Lead Qualification and Nurturing : Qualify andnurture leads through our CRM system ensuring accurate data entrytimely followup and effective communication with potential clients.
• Client Relationship Management : Proactivelymanage existing client relationships

building rapportensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell orcrossselling

opportunities.

• Competitor Research : Conduct competitorresearch to stay ahead of industry trends identify newopportunities and refine sales strategies.
• Telephone Sales : Engage in telephone saleswith both new and existing clients presenting Uvvos valueproposition addressing their specific needs and securing deals.
• Partner Network Support : Support in theexpansion of our partner network fostering relationships with keystakeholders and contributing to our overall businessgrowth.

Requirements

• EngagingCommunicator : Possess exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport establishtrust and effectively convey Uvvos value proposition to a diverserange of clients.
• SalesAptitude : Demonstrate basic sales knowledge andexperience with a proven

ability to identify salesopportunities qualify leads and close deals.

Fluency inGerman : Fluency in German is essential tocommunicate effectively with

our target audience ofemployers. A confident level of English is also highly desirable.
