JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant Director of Patient Care Services (ADPCS) at Porter Medical Center, a Critical Access Hospital, is responsible for assisting the Director of Patient Care Services in overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring regulatory compliance. EDUCATION:

* Strong understanding of the Critical Access Hospital environment, regulations, and healthcare industry best practices.
* Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex situations, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
* Proficiency in using healthcare information systems and technology.
