JOB SUMMARY
The Hospital Facilities Director is responsible for the planning, development, and management of all aspects related to the physical infrastructure, safety, and maintenance of hospital campus. This includes overseeing facility projects, managing maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and optimizing operational efficiency. This position is responsible for all management and budgetary duties for the plant operations, grounds, biomed, EVS, Laundry, and Security/Emergency Management departments. Reports to Chief Executive Officer. Exempt position.

Functional Job Requirements:
Job requirements include, but are not limited to: sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, squatting and reaching. Requires good finger dexterity, repetitive motions with hands and fingers. Requires ability to have good vision and hearing. Pushing and pulling equipment may be necessary.

Job requires heavy lifting on an occasional basis.
