Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately

- Operate credit card machine
- Accurately process customer item purchases and bag items for customers
- Stock shelves and ensure products are neatly organized
- Assist customers in finding products and answer any questions they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (multilingual skills are a plus)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Ability to stock shelves and occasionally lift heavy items as needed a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Previous experience in retail or cashiering is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of technical sales or jewelry sales is a bonus
